Acceptance of Terms
By accessing vantagehealthsystems.com or using any Vantage Health Systems service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
Vantage Health Systems provides AI-powered front desk infrastructure and scheduling automation services for private medical practices. Our services include automated call handling, appointment scheduling assistance, insurance intake, SMS communications, and related workflow automation. Vantage Health Systems does not provide medical advice, clinical services, medical billing, CPT coding, or revenue cycle management of any kind.
HIPAA Compliance
Vantage Health Systems operates HIPAA-compliant infrastructure where Protected Health Information (PHI) is processed. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required before any services commence. Patient data processed through Vantage systems remains within the client's own environment. Vantage Health Systems does not store PHI on its own servers.
Payment Terms
Setup fees are due prior to the commencement of any build or deployment. Monthly management fees begin on the go-live date. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your signed Service Agreement. Vantage Health Systems reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment after 15 days past due.
Limitation of Liability
Vantage Health Systems' total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. Vantage Health Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
Intellectual Property
All AI workflows, automation architectures, prompt engineering, system configurations, and technical methodologies developed by Vantage Health Systems are the exclusive intellectual property of Vantage Health Systems. Clients may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or distribute any Vantage system or methodology.
Third-Party Services
Vantage Health Systems' platform depends on third-party services including but not limited to telecommunications providers, EHR platforms, cloud hosting providers, and workflow automation vendors. Vantage Health Systems is not responsible for outages, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Termination
Either party may terminate services upon written notice per the terms of the signed Service Agreement. Setup fees are non-refundable upon termination. Vantage Health Systems may immediately suspend services for violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Florida.
Changes to Terms
Vantage Health Systems reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
